Dr. Jennifer Logan is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with over 15 years of experience caring for patients across all stages of life. She chose Family Medicine because it offered the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and care for the whole person—not just a diagnosis. Throughout her career, she has been drawn to the privilege of guiding individuals and families through every phase of life, from preventive care and wellness to the management of complex medical conditions. Known for her thoughtful, relationship-centered approach, Dr. Logan combines evidence-based medicine with genuine partnership, helping patients make informed decisions and achieve their healthiest lives.
Originally from Virginia, Dr. Logan graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Binghamton with a degree in Molecular Psychobiology before earning her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch. She completed her Family Medicine residency at UCLA and spent six years caring for patients in Redondo Beach before joining UCLA Health Pacific Palisades in 2019. Following the loss of the Pacific Palisades office in the January 2025 fire, she continued caring for patients in Santa Monica before ultimately launching her concierge practice in 2026.
During her years at UCLA, Dr. Logan complemented her clinical practice with medical education and community outreach. She taught medical students and residents, delivered community lectures on preventive health and healthy aging, and contributed to published research in primary care. These experiences reinforced her passion for helping people better understand their health and navigate medical decisions with confidence.
After 16 years with UCLA Health, Dr. Logan founded her private practice to provide the personalized, accessible care that first inspired her to become a physician. While she found academic medicine deeply rewarding, she increasingly felt that the traditional healthcare model limited the time and attention she could devote to each patient. By caring for a smaller patient panel, she is able to offer longer appointments, same-day or next-day availability when needed, direct physician access, proactive health planning, and seamless coordination with specialists and other members of a patient's healthcare team. Her goal is to serve not only as a physician, but also as a trusted advisor and advocate, ensuring that patients feel supported, informed, and cared for at every step of their healthcare journey.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Logan enjoys spending time with her two children, staying active, traveling, and taking advantage of everything Southern California has to offer.
She believes the foundation of exceptional medical care is a trusted partnership between physician and patient, and she is honored to serve as a long-term advocate for her patients' health and well-being.
